So you now have the right package and a date for home installation !

Next a Mantis engineer will visit your home on your chosen day and set up the computer where you want it, he/she will also discuss what type of internet requirements you have and set you up an account, when the Mantis engineer leaves you will be able to use every part of your computer without having to go through tedious updates etc..

After Sales Service

We pride ourselves at Mantis on our after sales service this is one of the primary reasons we do not feel the need to advertise as 80% of our trade comes via Word-of-mouth or repeat business. This is one of the reasons Mantis is one of very few computer shops/businesses that have been around for 10 years+.

If you should ever get any problems we are only a call away (not an expensive 0898 phone number connected to India!). If we cannot fix your problem on the phone (which most of the time we can) we will pop out and see you within the surrounding areas.
